The reason for me to describe this as 4+1. Is that the first Raikou that you befriend in Pokémon Sleep have the same stats for everyone. So it don’t feel that special and it is not even a good or decent one that you get. So it feels kind of disappointed and a waist of time and the recurses that you have. Special as it demand a couple of Raikou Biscuit for you to be able to recruit it to your team. If you don`t decide to use your Master Biscuit to recruit it. As it max out your Pokémon friendship point and guaranteed that you make friends with that Pokémon.

And it can appear even after the Pokémon Sleep: Raikou Research Event has ended but it going to be very rare and only during Snoozing and start at Master 9 on Greengrass Isle. So it is not going to be a easy Pokémon to get all the different sleep style on. If you don`t have some good Pokémon to use on your helper team.
